It is speculated that both devices will rival the Redmi K70e and Redmi K70, which debuted in the Chinese market last month. These devices are powered by the Dimensity 8300-Ultra and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, respectively. Unfortunately, the new leak has no information about the prices of the upcoming GT models. As per the 3C certification, the 90 GT may support 100W fast charging, and it is also said to have a 24 GB RAM variant dubbed the Honor 90 GT+.

The new leak suggests that the GT-branded phones will be priced aggressively, and as far as launch is concerned, both are expected to go official in the last week of this month. To put into context, the Redmi K70e starts at 1,999 Yuan (~$280), whereas the K70 has a starting price of 2,499 Yuan ($350).

While many of the leading Chinese smartphone brands have launched Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 phones, Honor is one of the brands that is yet to announce a flagship phone featuring the new chip. According to reports, the Honor Magic 6 series will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and it will break cover in January in China. The Magic 6 lineup is expected to arrive in the global market by Q2 2024. As far as the GT models are concerned, it is unclear whether they will be released outside of China.
