The U12 Life is an upcoming smartphone from HTC. It is a lower version of the U12+ flagship phone that was announced in June this year. Recent rumors have suggested that its arrival is close at hand. Today, the Taiwanese tech company has rolled out a following tweet to confirm its upcoming launch event on Aug. 30.
Rumors are rife that the HTC U12 Life will be arriving with a 6-inch screen that produces Full HD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels along with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The Snapdragon 636 SoC is rumored to be present under the hood of the phone along with 4 GB of RAM. It is expected to arrive with an internal storage of 64 GB along with a microSD card slot for additional storage.
The back panel of the U12 Life features 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup and a selfie flash enabled front-facing camera of 13-megapixel. It houses a battery of 3,600mAh battery. It is expected to arrive with an IP67 certified water-resistant chassis.
