The leaked image of the HTC U has revealed that the HTC U has a glossy appeal. Even though the screen occupies the major portion of its front, its chin has a Home button with a fingerprint scanner probably integrated in it. The corners of the phone are rounded and it has a simple design for its rear-facing camera. The phone seems to be sporting glass panels at the front and rear sides.
Blass has previously revealed that the HTC U would coming with a 5.5-inch quad HD display and it would be running on Snapdragon 835 and 4 GB of RAM. Its native storage is 64 GB and it will be coming with 12-megapixel rear camera and 16-megapixel front-facing camera. It would be preloaded with Android Nougat OS with HTC Sense 9 UI.
It is speculated to house a 3,000 mAh battery. The HTC U is rumored to launch this month and it is likely to go on sale by next month. The USP of the HTC U is said to be its touch-sensitive frame that can be used with various gestures like swiping to access different functions of the phone.
