Huawei is prepping on the release of the upcoming flagship smartphone, the Huawei Mate 10. The Chinese company has claimed that the Mate 10 will be powerful enough to take on the highly anticipated Apple iPhone 8 flagship. The rumor mill has leaked some renders of the Mate 10 that have revealed its front and rear designs.
The Mate 10 is rumored to come with a 6.1-inch screen from JDI display that will support a resolution of 1,080 x 2,060 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. As rumors have hinted, the leaked render of the Mate 10 shows its bezel-less design. Huawei has confirmed that it will be debuting the powerful Kirin 970 chipset through the Mate 10. The phablet will be also equipped with Huawei’s AI chip.
Speculations have it that the Mate 10 will be coming with 6 GB of RAM and a native storage of 64 GB. it is expected to house a Lecia branded dual camera system which can be seen in the above image. It will arrive preinstalled with Android 7.0 Nougat. A 4,000mAh battery is expected to power the handset that will be enabled with fast charging capabilities. The bottom side of the smartphone features a USB-C port along with two external speakers. However, the images do not reveal whether the phablet features a 3.5mm audio jack or not. It is expected to arrive with a pricing of $1,000.
