Huawei Mate 30 Pro Renders Appear Surface Ahead of September 19 Launch

Huawei has recently confirmed that it will be debuting the Mate 30 series of smartphones on Sept. 19. The company will be holding an unveil event for it in Munich, Germany. An Indian publication has collaborated with OnLeaks to reveal the renders of the Mate 30 Pro handset.

According to the tipster, the Mate 30 Pro measures nearly 158.1 x 73.6 x 8.7mm. The smartphone is fitted with a circular camera module on its rear. The thickness of the phone increases at the bumped-up camera module. There are four camera sensors on the backside of the phone. It is speculated to include two 40-megapixel lenses, an 8-megapixel unit and a 3D ToF sensor.

The frontside of the phone features a display with a wide notch. The latter is smaller than the Mate 20 Pro. It comprises of three camera lenses and some other sensors. The display has extremely curved edges. The phone could be equipped with a display of around 6.6 inches.

Rumors are rife that the Mate 30 Pro will be fueled by Kirin 990 chipset. The smartphone could be equipped with a 4,500mAh battery. It could be accompanied by 55W rapid charging and 25W wireless charging.
