Although the Huawei Mate 30 RS Porsche Design was announced nearly two months ago, but the device has yet to go on sale till today.
However, that’s about to change. Huawei has finally revealed that this exquisite device will go on sale starting November 10th, later this month.
In the Chinese market, the Mate 30 RS will retail at an astronomical price tag of 12,999 Yuan (US$1,850) – which is still consider relatively cheaper than it’s European pricing which stood at €2,095 ($2,318). In fact, for the price you paid for the Mate 30 RS, you could have gotten two Mate 30 Pro.
The Mate 30 RS is based largely on the Mate 30 Pro, except for it’s cosmetic differences on it’s rear side. Unlike the latter, the Mate 30 RS has a handcrafted premium leather finishing on it’s back panel, coupled with a vertical glass stripe which runs from the top to the bottom of the device.
Likewise, the Mate 30 RS do not have the unique holo ring which circles around the quad-camera setup as seen on the Mate 30 Pro. Instead, it will feature a quad-camera sensors which are arranged in a square fashion.
As for the specs, the Mate 30 RS will share largely the same internals as the Mate 30 Pro (4G) except for it’s memory configuration which comprises of a hefty 12GB RAM and 512GB onboard storage space.
