Huawei had launched the MateBook D 14 and MateBook D 15 notebooks in November in China. At the event, the company has also unleashed the MateBook D15 Ryzen Edition. From today, Huawei has kicked off the sales of the MateBook D 15 Ryzen Edition in the home market. It can be bought with a starting price of 3,999 Yuan.
Huawei MateBook D 15 Ryzen Edition Specifications
The Huawei MateBook D 15 Ryzen Edition is powered by AMD Ryzen 5 3500U processor and 8 GB / 16 GB of RAM. Both RAM variants offer 256 GB of SSD storage and 1 TB of HDD storage. The processor is coupled with Radon Vega 8 graphics. The device houses a 42Wh battery which supports fast charging through USB-C. Within half an hour, the laptop can gain 53 percent battery power.
The MateBook D 15 Ryzen Edition has a full HD display of 15.6 inches. It is a TUV Rheinland certified screen that can filter blue rays. The laptop comes loaded with Windows 10 OS and is equipped with a full-sized keyboard which includes a fingerprint sensor embedded powered button.
The usual connectivity features such as one USB-A 3.0, two USB 2.0 ports, one USB-C port, an HDMI port, a combo port for 3.5mm audio and mic, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0 are available on the MateBook D 15 Ryzen Edition

The 8 GB RAM and 16 RAM variants of the Huawei MateBook D 15 Ryzen Edition are respectively priced at 3,999 Yuan ($575) and 4,299 Yuan ($617). It currently comes in a single color of white. Space Gray may go on sale sometime later.
