Besides launching a trio of smartphones today, Huawei has also brought in a new entry-level tablet known as the Huawei MatePad T8.
This tablet features a 8-inches front display which has a 1280 x 800 pixels screen resolution. The top bezel of the tablet houses an earpiece as well as a 2 megapixels selfie camera. Over at the back, there is also another 8 megapixels camera located on its top-left corner.
The Huawei MatePad T8 is fueled by an octa-core Mediatek MTK8768 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM as well as an option between 16GB or 32GB onboard storage space. It worth noting that the tablet also supports microSD card for further memory expansion of up to 512GB.
To keep its lights on, there will be a generous 5,100mAh battery which supports 5W standard charging. The tablet will boot on EMUI 10 based on Android 10 OS. Currently, the MatePad T8 is only available in Deepsea Blue color variant.
In case you’d missed out, Huawei also recently announced a slightly buffed up model known as MatePad 10.4 in the Chinese market.
