Huawei had launched the Nova 5i smartphone in June this year alongside other phones such as Nova 5 and Nova 5 Pro. The Nova 5i was only made available in 6 GB and 8 GB RAM options. A new TENAA listing of the Nova 5i has appeared today. It suggests that the company will be soon introduce 4 GB RAM edition of the phone.
The Huawei GKL-LXU1 TENAA listing reveals that it is the Nova 5i phone with 4 GB of RAM. The listing reveals that this RAM variant could be coming to China in 64 GB and 128 GB storage editions. The rest of the specs of the phone is same as its 6 GB RAM edition.
The 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variants are now selling for 1,799 Yuan and 1,999 Yuan. Probably, the 4 GB RAM variant could arrive with a starting price of around 1,399 Yuan. The regular variants have 24-megapixel front camera, but TENAA reveals that the 4 GB RAM model has a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

The Huawei Nova 5i has a 6.4-inch IPS LCD display that offers a punch-hole design. It supports 1080 x 2310 pixels full HD+ resolution. The Kirin 710F powers the phone. The EMUI 9.1 based Android 9 Pie OS runs on the device. The 4,000mAh battery of the phone supports only 10W charging. The rear shell of the phone features 24-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad camera system. A fingerprint scanner is available on its back.
