Huawei Y9s Launching Soon; Has 6.59-inch Display and Side-Fingerprint Reader

Huawei Y9s is an upcoming smartphone from Huawei. A known tipster has shared a poster of the Huawei Y9s smartphone. The poster contains the key specs of the upcoming Y9s.

The Huawei Y9 (2019) was announced in October 2018 and earlier this year, the company had unveiled the Huawei Y9 Prime (2019) phone. The appearance of the poster of Huawei Y9s reveals that it could be launching soon.

Huawei Y9s features a notch-less Ultra FullView display of 6.59 inches. The rear side of the phone has an AI powered 48-megapixel triple camera system. The phone includes 6 GB of RAM and it has a native storage of 128 GB. Also, a side-mounted fingerprint reader can be seen on the device.

Rumors have it that Huawei may aim the Huawei Y9s to certain markets like Pakistan. The country is likely to receive the phone with a pricing of PKR 34,999 ($223)

The Huawei Y9s appears to be rebadged version of the Honor 9X that went official in China in July. Its display supports full HD+ resolution and it is fueled by Kirin 710F chipset. The rear side of the phone has 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera setup. A pop-up selfie shooter of 16-megapixel is available on the device. It has a 4,000mAh battery that supports 10W rapid charging through USB-C.
