Huawei will be launching the Huawei P40 series of flagship phones on March 26. In April, the company will be announcing new Nova series smartphones. The Nova series is expected to debut earlier this year as the company had launched Nova 5 models around mid-2019.
Citing information acquired supply chain resources, the tipster has claimed that the Nova 7 SE will be sporting a punch-hole display of 6.5 inches. The rear side of the smartphone will have a 64-megapixel main lens.
The Huawei Nova 7 series is rumored to include devices such as Nova 7, Nova 7 Pro 5G and Nova 7 SE. Yesterday, the alleged Nova 7 Pro 5G was spotted on 3C certification platform in China. A Chinese tipster has shared the alleged specs of the Nova 7 SE smartphone.
The Nova 7 SE is expected to be driven by a new 5G-ready mid-range Kirin chipset. The size of its battery is not known, but it is expected carry support for 22.5W fast charging Lastly, the Nova 7 SE may feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
In related news, a Huawei phone with model number CDY-AN00 was found listed in the database of 3C authority of China. The 3C listing confirmed that it is a 5G smartphone. The charger mentioned in the 3C listing is the very same one that will be shipped with the upcoming Huawei P40 Pro. The charger supports 40W fast charging.
Considering that CDY-AN00 Huawei phone could be a Nova 7 series model, it may arrive in the market as the Nova 7 Pro and it could be driven by the Kirin 990 5G chipset. All the Nova 7 series smartphones are expected to carry support for 5G connectivity.
