Huawei Nova 8 and Honor V40 to go Official in December, Camera Design Leaked

Last month, Huawei unveiled the Huawei Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro and Mate 40 Pro Plus flagship phones. Earlier this month, the company announced the arrival of the Huawei Nova 8 SE. A tipster known for Huawei leaks has claimed that other Nova 8 series phones will go official in December. He has stated that the Honor V40 will be also announced in the next month.

Huawei Nova 8 series December arrival leak

The Huawei Nova 8 series leaks have revealed that the lineup includes three handsets such as Nova 8, Nova 8 Pro, and Nova 8 SE. Now that the Dimensity 720 powered Nova 8 SE is already official, the company is expected to launch the Nova 8 and Nova 8 Pro phones in the coming month.

The tipster has claimed that Huawei will hold separate events for the Nova 8 series and Honor V40. There is a possibility that Huawei will Nova 8 series and Honor 40 lineup at its year-end annual event. Another leak has revealed that rear camera design of the Nova 8 and Honor V0.

As can be seen in the above image, the Honor V40 has a rectangle-shaped camera module that has a main lens at the top, and below are at least three cameras and an LED flash. The Nova 8 camera module has an oval appeal with the main camera at the top followed by other cameras.

Honor V40 and Nova 8 series camera design

The Nova 8 and Nova 8 Pro are equipped with OLED panels. Both phones are equipped with a punch-hole design. The Pro model could be equipped with a curved display. There are speculations that the Honor V40 series will be equipped with a 6.72-inch FHD+ display. The V40 Pro and V40 Pro Plus could be powered by Dimensity 1000+ and Kirin 9000 chipsets, respectively.
