Recently, the China’s TENAA authority approved an OPPO phone that has a model number PEGM00 / PEGT00. The exact name of the device is not known, but it is speculated that it could be arriving in the Chinese market as the OPPO Reno5. Another unidentified OPPO phone with PDSM00 model number has surfaced on Geekbench. Since it is a high-end phone, it could be the OPPO Reno5 Pro.
The Geekbench listing has revealed that the OPPO PDSM00 has scored 2392 in the single-core test and 5836 in the multi-core test. The smartphone is loaded with Android and it has 8 GB of RAM.
The listing reveals that the phone is driven by the MediaTek MT6889Z/CZA chipset. The model number reveals that the phone is powered by the Dimensity 1000+ 5G chipset. The SoC has a base frequency of 2.0GHz.
While a couple of Chinese phone makers have launched Dimensity 1000+ 5G chipset, the PDSM00 will be OPPO’s first phone with the said chipset. The other details of the smartphone are not known yet. Since it is a high-end phone, it could be the OPPO Reno5. Readers are advised to wait for further reports to know the identity of the OPPO PDSM00.
