Huawei P10 Lite has been officially announced. It is a lighter edition of the Huawei P10 flagship smartphone. The smartphone comes with a 5.2-inch full HD display that is flanked with 2.5D curved glass. It is driven by Kirin 658 chipset that features a 16nm octa-core processor and 4 GB of RAM. The native storage the P10 Lite is 32 GB and it also features a microSD card.
It has a 12-megapixdel rear camera that has single pixel of 1.25-micron. It is rumored to be the same camera that is present on the backside of Huawei Mate 9. It houses a front-facing camera of 8-megapixel. The Portrait Selfie mode available on Huawei P10 is also available for P10 Lite’s front camera that can shoot great selfies with bokeh effects.
It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat coupled with EMUI 5.1 software. It is equipped with a 3,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. it comes in two colors of Midnight Black and Platinum Gold. Both variants have ceramic sandblasted finish.
The Huawei P10 Lite pre-orders will start in the U.K. for £299 ($396). it will be available on pre-orders alongside the Huawei P10 for £549 ($678) and P10 Plus for £649 ($802). The P10 Lite and P10 will go on purchase from March 31. The P10 Plus would be available for purchase form April 7.
