Earlier today, Huawei has finally released a teaser for their upcoming Honor handset and wants their fans to have a guess for the first digit of their price tag. The last 2 digits end with 99 so we’re guessing the price to be either 399 Yuan or 499 Yuan if they want to compete with Xiaomi – the rising powerhouse in the Chinese market as well as the king of competitive pricing.
According to our tipster, this device is none other than the Huawei Hol-T00 which was spotted at Tenna (China’s FCC equivalent) one week ago. This isn’t surprising since the Huawei Hol-T00 is a mid-range smartphone which fits nicely with the price tag above.
From what we know so far, the Huawei Hol-T00 will sport a 5-inches HD display powered by a 1.3GHz MT6582 chipset with 1GB of RAM. Sad to say, it only comes with a depressing 2MP rear camera which obviously won’t produce any high quality images.
That’s all we have so far, let’s see if Huawei will slip out its official announcement date in the next few days!
