Back in March this year, OPPO announced the OPPO K10 4G smartphone in the Indian market which was powered by a Snapdragon 680 chipset. Now, OPPO has confirmed that the company will be launching a new 5G version on June 8th next week.
Based on earlier reports, the OPPO K10 5G is likely to be a rebranded model of the OPPO A77 5G smartphone which was recently unveiled in the Thai market. In fact, the claim was substantiated by OPPO’s official teasers which showed a similar-looking design as the A77 5G.
If the claim was indeed accurate, we can expect the upcoming OPPO K10 5G to feature a 6.56” LCD display offering a HD+ screen resolution along with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. For selfies and video calls, it’s also expected to be equipped with an 8 megapixels front-facing camera.
Over at the back, the phone will be sporting a rectangular camera island which houses a dual-cam setup which is said to include a 48 megapixels main camera and a 2 megapixels depth sensor for portraits. Similarly, a LED flash is also present at the back to help with low-light photography.
Under the hood, the OPPO K10 5G is likely to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset which will be paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card. Keeping it’s lights on is none other than a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support.
