iQOO unveiled the iQOO 15 phone in China last month. This month, the brand will release it in other markets, including India. There have been reports that the company will add more models to the iQOO 15 lineup, which include an Ultra model as a premium gaming-focused phone and a Mini edition with powerful specs packed inside a compact form factor. A new leak claims that iQOO has begun testing the iQOO 15 Mini (tentative name).

According to the above leak, iQOO is currently testing the alleged iQOO 15 Mini equipped with a 6.31-inch display that offers a 1.5K resolution. He further mentioned that the device will be equipped with the Dimensity 9500+, which is yet to go official.
The moniker of the chipset suggests that it will be an overclocked version of the existing D9500 SoC. One of the early rumours claimed that the device may pack a battery of around 7,000mAh capacity.
The iQOO 15 Mini will reportedly compete with other compact flagships, such as the Honor Magic 8 Mini and OnePlus 15T, which are expected to launch around the same time in China. While the Magic 8 Mini is expected to feature the Dimensity 9500+ chip, the OnePlus 15T could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.
As far as the launch is concerned, iQOO is expected to announce the iQOO 15 Mini and 15 Ultra in the first half of 2026 in China. At present, there is no clarity on whether these devices will make it to other markets.
