iQOO Neo with Dimensity 9000+ In Works; Here’s What to Expect

iQOO is reportedly working on a Neo-branded phone for China. Today, trustworthy tipper Digital Chat Station claimed that the device will have the Dimensity 9000+ SoC. The exact moniker of the device is not known. It appears that it will be released as the iQOO Neo 10.

Leaked information that surfaced earlier this year claimed that the iQOO is working on a Dimensity phone featuring a flat OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a large dual-cell battery with fast charging support. According to the tipster, this device will feature the Dimensity 9000+ chip and is expected to arrive as an iQOO Neo series phone.

According to tipster Panda is Bald, the next iQOO Neo series phone will have three major attractions: the chipset, fast charging technology, and photography. He added that it will inherit the specifications of the iQOO 10 5G.

iQOO Neo 10 Specifications (Expected)

The iQOO Neo 10 may feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED FHD+ display that offers 120Hz refresh rate support and an under-display fingerprint scanner. It will run on the Android 12 OS with OriginOS Ocean UI on top.

The Dimensity 9000+ powered device may come with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device may house a 4,700mAh dual-cell battery with 120W fast charging support.

The device could be equipped with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. Its rear shell may comprise a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. It may go official later this month or in September in China.
