iQOO Neo’s 4,500mAh Battery to Support 22.5W Flash Charging

Vivo’s gaming sub-brand iQOO is slowing spilling information on the specifications of the upcoming iQOO Neo smartphone before its July 2 launch. The iQOO smartphone was recently spotted on TENAA with minimum capacity battery of 4,420mAh. Also, it had recently appeared on 3C to reveal its supported rapid charging rate. Today, the Chinese firm has officially confirmed that battery size and charging speed of the iQOO Neo.

The above shown poster released by iQOO today has confirmed that the iQOO Neo will have a 4,500mAh typical capacity battery and it will carry support for 22.5W charging. The company has recently confirmed that it will be fueled by Snapdragon 845 chipset. The iQOO gaming phone that was unveiled in April this year came with Snapdragon 855 chipset and 4,400mAh battery. All the variants of the Vivo iQOO support 44W fast charging except for the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage base model that features 22.5W fast charging. 

The iQOO Neo phone has appeared on the official website with its two color variants such as Blue and Black. Through its TENAA appearance it has been confirmed that the smartphone will be sporting a 6.38-inch OLED display. The entire specifications of the phone are yet to appear on TENAA. The official images have confirmed that the phone will be equipped with an in-screen fingerprint reader.
