Rumors have it that iQOO will announce the iQOO Z6 and iQOO Z6x smartphones in China before the end of this month. It appears that the company will confirm the launch date of the upcoming Z6-series phones in the next few days in the home market. Ahead of the expected launch, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has tipped the configurations and color variants of the iQOO Z6 and Z6x.
According to the tipster, the iQOO Z6 will be available in Ink Jade, Golden Orange, and Xinghai colors. It will be made available in variants like 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage.
On the other hand, the iQOO Z6x will come in colors like Mirror Black, Blazing Orange, and Ice Blue. This device will be available in options like 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage.
Speculations are rife that the iQOO Z6 will come equipped with a 120Hz LCD panel and will draw power from the Snapdragon 778G Plus mobile platform. For photography, it will feature a 64-megapixel triple camera unit. While its exact battery size is not known, it is expected to support 80W fast charging.
The iQOO Z6x will pack a large-sized battery and have support for 44W fast charging. The rest of the specifications of the Z6x are under wraps. In related news, iQOO is working on the Dimensity 9000+ powered iQOO Neo 7. The device is expected to launch in October this year.
