Later this month, iQOO is likely to release the iQOO Z7 series of smartphones in China. The lineup may include two models, namely, the iQOO Z7x and the iQOO Z7. Reports have revealed that these devices have model numbers, such as V2272A and V2270A, respectively. A new leak, courtesy of tipster Panda is Bald, has revealed the chipsets of both models.
Without saying what the phones are called, the Chinese source said that the Snapdragon 695 and Snapdragon 782G chipsets will power the two upcoming phones. It appears that the tipster has revealed the chipsets of the iQOO Z7x and Z7, respectively. Shown here is an image of the iQOO Z7, which can be seen running on the OriginOS 3.
Other reports have revealed that the iQOO Z7 will arrive with a 6.67-inch LCD panel that offers a high refresh rate. It may pack a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. For photography, it may feature a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit.
The iQOO Z7x is expected to house a bigger battery with a capacity of 6,000mAh. It may arrive with support for 80W fast charging. The other details of the Z7x are yet to be confirmed.
In related news, iQOO is expected to announce a different iQOO Z7 this month in India. It is likely to come equipped with the Dimensity 920 chipset. The Z7 is likely to go official on March 21 in India. The Indian market is also expected to receive the iQOO Z7 Pro. At present, there is no information available on the specifications of the Pro model. It is likely that the Pro variant may go official at a later date.
