Yesterday, LG finally announced the much anticipated LG G3 Beat handset in South Korea although they did not unveil much on its pricing and availability. In case you do not know, the LG G3 Beat is the watered down version of their own LG G3 flagship and has a slightly smaller display size of just 5-inches. Unlike its G3 sibling, the G3 Beat doesn’t come with the signature QHD display and is powered by a slightly weaker Snapdragon 400 chipset instead.
Having a relatively toned down spec sheet, of course we’ll definitely expect it to come with a cheaper price tag as well. According to LG’s official blog, the G3 Beat will carry a price tag of just €349 in the European markets. Sad to say, they didn’t mention anything about its availability although we just received reports that the device is now available in the Korean market.
For now, let’s hope that we’re able to fill in the remaining puzzles in the next few days!
