Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo had officially announced the LG Optimus G Pro earlier today, alongside with several other Android devices that the carrier will be carrying. Although the announcement for the Optimus G Pro came rather unexpectedly ( since rumors have been expecting the device to be unveiled during MWC 2013 ), but we are more than happy to welcome it into our markets.
As expected, the Optimus G Pro is fully packed with all the high-end specifications that all Android users hope to have on their Android device. To begin with, the Optimus G Pro will be powered by the latest 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor coupled with an excessive 2GB RAM. Having a 5″ 1080p full HD display with an incredible 440 pixel-per-inch resolution, the Optimus G Pro will no doubt be able you to provide you with an extraordinary gaming experience.
For those of you who loves to take pictures, the Optimus G Pro is also equipped with a 13 megapixels rear camera that enable you to snap high quality images. Sad to say, the Optimus G Pro was pre-installed with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean instead of the latest Android 4.2. This makes it rather unlikely to receive the Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie update in the near future, since LG will most likely roll out the Android 4.2 update instead.
So are you excited about the news? Stay tune for more updates ( price? when it will hit the United States?) for the Optimus G Pro!
