After launching the LG Stylo 6 in the U.S. market earlier this week, LG moved on to announce another budget-friendly smartphone known as the LG Q61 in the local market.
The LG Q61 touts a 6.5-inches LCD display which offers a FHD+ screen resolution and a 19.5:9 tall aspect ratio. The front display also utilizes a hole-punch design to house its single 16 megapixels selfie camera on the top left corner.
On its flip-side, the LG Q61 will continue to feature its signature horizontal camera module which we see among most LG smartphones. This huge module will be home to a 48 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens 5 megapixels depth sensor, as well as a 2 megapixels macro camera.
Under the hood, the LG Q61 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 SoC which is also found in the recently announced LG Stylo 6. This will be assisted by 4GB of RAM and 64GB onboard storage which is further expandable via a microSD card.
To keep its light on, the device is fitted with a substantial 4,000mAh battery which is capable of supporting hours on continuous usage. A rear-mounted fingerprint sensor is present on the device as well.
In terms of pricing, the LG Q61 will be priced at 369,600 Won (US$300) for its sole 4GB+64GB model.
