The Meizu 16s launch date is yet to be declared. The smartphone is now appearing on benchmarking sites to reveal some of its key specs. Last week, it was spotted on Geekbench with flagship specifications. Today, the smartphone has paid visit on AnTuTu to confirm on some its key specs.

In the previous week, the Meizu 16s had appeared as “alps 1971” codename. The same codename has been spotted today on AnTuTu. According to AnTuTu, the Meizu 16s features a display that produces full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2232 pixels. It means that the smartphone will be sporting an aspect ratio of 18.6:9. The Snapdragon 855 chipset and 6 GB of RAM powers the smartphone.

The Android 9 Pie OS comes loaded on the device. The OS will be customized with Flyme UI. The native storage of the device is 128 GB. The handset has recorded an average benchmarking score of 357,975. The AnTuTu benchmark scores of the smartphone is in line with Lenovo Z5 Pro GT and Xiaomi Mi 9 phones that have recorded similar price tags of on the website.

For capturing selfies, the Meizu 16s is fitted with a 20-megapixel selfie snapper. The back panel of the phone features a 48-megapixel primary sensor in its dual camera setup. The Chinese manufacturer has already confirmed that the main sensor of the phone will be equipped with support for OIS.
