Meizu 17 Render Reveals Very Small Punch-Hole On its Display

Meizu 17 is an upcoming flagship phone from the company. Past reports have suggested that the Meizu 17 could be the company’s first smartphone with 5G capabilities. A leaked render of the Meizu 17 is now doing rounds on Weibo. It has revealed the front and rear sides of the Meizu 17.

The new render of the Meizu 17 is different from the ones that appeared in September that suggested that the phone will be equipped with a curved display. The new renders show that the Meizu 17 has super-slim bezels around the display. It is difficult to notice the front camera. However, a careful look at the top-right corner of the display reveals the presence of a small punch-hole besides the battery indicator. The camera neatly blends in the status bar.

The display of the phone is integrated with an in-screen fingerprint reader. The rear shell of the phone has a vertical triple camera setup. It is a followed by a ring LED flash. There is no information available on the specs of the device. It may get announced by the second quarter of 2020. Probably, it could be fueled by the upcoming flagship Snapdragon 865 mobile platform.
