Motorola XT2201-6 Bags TENAA Certification, Key Specifications Revealed

A Motorola phone with XT2201-6 was spotted at the 3C certification site last month. The listing revealed that it may ship with a 68W fast charger. It appears to be a variant of the Moto Edge X30, which has a model number of XT2201-2. Probably, the XT2201-6 is the under-display camera edition of the phone, which is rumored to launch this month in China.

Lenovo China’s General Manager for mobile phone business division, Chen Jin recently said that the Moto Edge X30 Under Screen Camera Edition will be debuting in March in China. The regular Edge X30 has a punch-hole display for its 60-megapixel front-facing camera. However, the Edge X30 Under Screen Camera Edition will not have a display notch or a punch-hole as the selfie camera will be present under the screen.

Coming to the XT2201-6, its specifications for the cameras are not clearly mentioned. However, the rest of the specs are identical to the Edge X30. The TENAA images do not give a clear view of the front side of the device. However, it does appear that its display is devoid of any punch-hole or notch. Hence, it might be the Edge X30 Under Screen Camera Edition.
