Nokia 2.4 Press Render Emerges; Launch Seems Imminent

HMD Global is expected to announce around 3 to 4 smartphones at the IFA tech exhibition that is scheduled to take place this week. The Nokia 2.4 is one of the rumored phones from the Finnish brand to break cover at the event. Before the expected launch, well-known leakster Evan Blass has shared a press render of the Nokia 2.4

The Nokia 2.4 render shows that it has a waterdrop notch on its screen. Past reports have revealed that the Nokia 2.4 measures 165.85 x 76.3mm, and it is expected to be equipped with a 6.5-inch display. The IPS LCD screen may come with support for HD+ resolution. The chin of the device is a bit broad and it carries the moniker of the brand.

The left side of the Nokia 2.4 has a dedicated button for summoning the Google Assistant. There is a volume controller followed by a power key on the right edge of the device.

The Nokia 2.4 has a vertical dual camera system with LED flash on its back. A fingerprint scanner followed by the logo of the company is placed below the dual cameras.

The Nokia 2.4 Geekbench listing that had appeared last month revealed that it could be coming with Helio P22 chipset and Android 10 OS. Another leak had revealed that the entry-level Nokia phone could be coming to the market in variants like 2 GB RAM + 32 GB storage and 3 GB RAM + 64 GB storage.

The Nokia 2.4 could be housing a 4,500mAh battery. Being an entry-level device, it is unlikely to support fast charging. The phone may arrive in grey, blue, and purple color variants.  The rumor mill is yet to spill details on its pricing.
