A new Nubia phone with model number NX629J has been spotted on Master Lu benchmarking platform. The same phone was seen on the database of 3C authority in China. It seems to be the upcoming Red Magic 3 gaming phone from Nubia.

Nubia Red Magic 3 Master Lu

The Nubia NX629J carries support for full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The Snapdragon 855 mobile platform powers the phone along with 8 GB of RAM. Through Weibo, Master Lu has confirmed that the phone is equipped with an inbuilt storage of 128 GB. The benchmarking platform hasn’t revealed any other information on its specifications. It has recorded a benchmarking score of 406,129. The smartphone recorded a higher score than the SD855 powered Oppo Reno that had scored 389,986 points. Master Lu has said that it is an engineering device. Hence, the performance of the commercial unit may differ. Also, apart from the 8 GB RAM model, the phone will be also available 12 GB RAM edition.

Nubia Red Magic 3 3C

The 3C certification of the Nubia Red Magic 3 had revealed that it will carry support for 30W fast charging. The smartphone is expected to house at least 5,000mAh battery. It will be equipped with liquid cooling, air cooling and a turbo fan to control the internal temperature of the device. The handset is expected to go official in the coming month.
