Nubia Red Magic 5G will make it’s official debut in MWC 2020

Nubia has officially confirmed that the company will be taking part in this year’s Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona, Spain.

Nubua’s president Ni Fei has also confirmed that the company will announce the highly anticipated Nubia Red Magic 5G during the event.

In a series of promo posters posted on his Weibo handle, it reaffirmed that the Nubia Red Magic 5G will feature a buttery smooth, 144GHz screen refresh rate.

At current stage, most flagship devices were only equipped with up to 120Hz screens. Therefore, the Nubia Red Magic 5G will be the pioneer batch of smartphones with such insanely high refresh rate.

Seen above, the promo posters had also revealed that the Red Magic 5G will employ a sleeker-looking design, rather than those outlandish designs we saw from it’s previous iterations, including the Redmi Magic 3.

Similarly, the Red Magic 5G also touts a triple-camera setup on the rear panel this time round. This is certainly a notable upgrade given that the current Red Magic 3 and Red Magic 3s only have a single shooter on the back.

Previously, Nubia had already confirmed that the Redmi Magic 5G will be driven by the latest Snapdragon 865 SoC. It should be paired with up to 12GB worth of RAM and 512GB native storage space.

The Red Magic 3 will make it’s name as the second 5G gaming-centric smartphone in the market, after last year’s Vivo iQOO Pro 5G.
