Now, the company has officially launched this device in the global market which could be purchased via the company’s official website. Depending on the region you’re residing, the Red Magic 6R will be priced at $499/€499/£429 for it’s 8GB+128GB variant and $599/€599/£519 for the higher-end 12GB+256GB configuration.

Red Magic 6R Specifications

The Red Magic 6R features a 6.67” AMOLED display that offers a FHD+ screen resolution and a smooth 144Hz screen refresh rate. On top of that, it also carries support for 360Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit colors depth, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, as well as an in-display fingerprint scanner. Like most other gaming-centric phones, the Red Magic 6R also has a pair of shoulder buttons located along the right edge of the phone as well.

In the camera department, the Red Magic 6R comes with a quad-camera system at the back consisting of a 64 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera, 5 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor. It will be rounded out by a 16 megapixels front-facing shooter for selfie and video-calling purposes.

Under the hood, the Red Magic 6R is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 888 mobile platform which will be paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. As usual, it’s also equipped with an advance 3D cooling system which helps in eliminating thermal throttling on the device during intensive gaming runs.

Keeping it’s light on is none other than a respectable 4,200mAh battery that carries support for 55W fast-charging support. On the software-side, the phone is shipped with Red Magic OS 4.0 based on Android 11 out of the box.
