Nubia CEO Ni Fei has recently confirmed that company is working on a gaming phone. The Nubia gaming phone is likely to launch soon as the company has setup a gaming division yesterday.
According to an internal document shared by a leakster, the new gaming division of Nubia will be handling three kinds of works. The first one will be dealing with administrative work and the second wing will handle team building, staff recruitment and management. The third department will be dealing with game ecological chain, market research and analysis, product designing and development which indicates that the company will indeed launch a gaming focused smartphone in the near future.
Some rumors claim that the Nubia Z18 smartphone that is speculated to launch in June this year may come with gaming capabilities as it is pegged to arrive with Snapdragon 845 chipset and 8 GB of RAM. It is also expected to come with an 18:9 aspect ratio display and a massive battery. Since the Razer Phone gaming phone features a 120 Hz IGZO display, the Nubia Z18 might arrive with a screen that will deliver a high refresh rate
