Last week, we reported that an unannounced Nubia smartphone with model number NX589J had been certified by Chinese TENAA authority. Likewise, Nubia itself had also revealed that the company is currently prepping another flagship-grade device which will come with a true bezel-less display although they didn’t specifies anything on its unveiling date so far.
Coincidentally, the company had released a press invite earlier today for their upcoming launch event which will be held on October 12th next month. Even though the invite doesn’t drop any hint on which smartphone will be announced during the event, but it is pretty certain that it’ll be one of the aforementioned handset or even the both of them.
Compared to other Chinese companies like Xiaomi and Vivo, Nubia had remained rather low profile in terms of the amount of leaks and rumors we’re hearing so far. However, let’s hope that this will change in the coming weeks.
