A new Nubia device with a model number of NX616J has appeared on TENAA with full specifications. The images of the phone are yet to appear on the Chinese certification site. However, the specifications of the phone suggest that it could be the rumored dual screen Nubia phone that have surfaced in recent leaks.
The Nubia NX616J measures 154.1 x 73.3 x 8.65mm and it weighs 178 grams. The TENAA listing mentions that the phone features two screens. The front-facing display of 6.26 inches and it carries support for Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels. On its back is an OLED screen of 5.1 inches and it produces HD+ resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels. The handset is packed with a 3,800mAh battery. It seems to feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
It is powered by 2.4 GHz octa-core processor which could be the Snapdragon 845 chipset. The 64 GB and 128 GB storage variants of the NX616J respectively features 6 GB and 8 GB of RAM. There is no front-facing camera on the device, but it is equipped with dual rear cameras of 24-megapixel and 16-megapixel. It is loaded with Android 8.1 Oreo OS.
The exact name of the device Nubia NX616J is not known. It is speculated that that it may debut as Nubia Z18S, an upgraded version of the Nubia Z18 that was unveiled few months ago. There is no confirmation on the launch date of the phone.
