As scheduled, Honor has officially unveiled the brand new Honor 90 Pro in it’s domestic market which brings along some notable upgrades over last year’s Honor 80 Pro. The new model carries a starting price of 3,299 Yuan ($465) in the Chinese market, and is available in four different colorways such as Silver, Black, Green, and Ice Feather Blue.
Starting with the front side of the phone, the Honor 90 Pro builds around a 6.78” AMOLED display which features a FHD+ screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, as well as an impressive 10-bit color depth. For selfies and video calls, it also has a pair of front-facing cameras that include a 50 megapixels main unit and a 2 megapixels depth sensing unit for portrait shots.
Speaking of photography, the Honor 90 Pro comes with a triple-cam setup comprising of a 200 megapixels main camera, 12 megapixels ultra-wide camera as well as a 32 megapixels telephoto camera with 2.5x optical zoom and OIS stabilization.
Under the hood, the Honor 90 Pro is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset which will be paired up with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB onboard storage in the memory department. To keep it’s lights on, the phone is backed by a respectable 5,000mAh battery with 90W fast wired charging support.
