[Official Images] Redmi Note 8 Pro Twilight Orange and Redmi 8 Phantom Red on Sale in China

Yesterday, Redmi had took to Weibo that it will be two new color variants for its smartphones from today. As scheduled, the Redmi Note 8 Pro Twilight Orange and Redmi 8 Phantom Red have been made available for purchase in the home market. The Twilight Orange is an entirely new color variant, but the Phantom Red is available in certain markets like India as Ruby Red.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro’s new Twilight Orange edition is now available for its 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage models. These models are respectively priced at 1,399 Yuan and 1,599 Yuan in China.

On the other side, the Redmi 8 Phantom Red comes in a single variant of 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage. It is priced at 799 Yuan.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro has a 6.53-inch waterdrop notch display full HD+ resolution support. It is powered by Helio G90T processor and has up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. It has a microSD card slot and it comes loaded with MIUI 10 based Android 9 Pie OS. It has a front camera of 20-megapixel and its rear is fitted with 64-megapixel quad cameras. The phone houses a 4,500mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.

The Redmi 8 has a 6.22-inch waterdrop notch display with HD+ resolution support. The Snapdragon 439 SoC powers the device with up to 4 GB of RAM. It has up to 64 GB of storage and carries an external storage slot. The MIUI 11 based Android 9 Pie OS is preloaded on the deice. It has a 12-megapixel dual camera setup and a frontal shooter of 8-megapixel. The 5,000mAh battery of the phone supports 18W rapid charging through USB-C.
