We’d heard about the existence of the OnePlus 10T smartphone for quite some time. Now, the company has finally confirmed that the device will be officially announced on August 3rd next month.
While the company has yet to confirm any details pertaining to the device’s hardware specs, but past reports had already revealed that the OnePlus 10T would be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, just like the newly announced Xiaomi 12S Ultra.
Other than that, the phone was also previously tipped to feature a 50MP triple rear camera system as well as a large 4,800mAh battery with 150W fast-charging support. Considering that the OxygenOS 13 will also be launched during the same event, there’s a likelihood that the OnePlus 10T will also be the first to ship with the new software under the hood.
Design-wise, the OnePlus 10T is expected to share a close resemblance to the OnePlus 10 Pro except for some subtle changes to the camera bump as well as the arrangement of the rear lenses. Also, the front display will be adopting a flat panel instead of a curved one like what we saw on the OnePlus Pro.
