Under the hood, the phone is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset along with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage in the memory department. Unlike other high-end devices, the AQUOS R8 Pro does supports microSD card for storage expansion of up to 1TB.
Keeping it’s lights on is none other than a respectable 5,000mAh battery with fast wired charging and wireless charging support. Software-wise, the AQUOS R8 Pro will be shipped with the company’s in-house AQUOS UX 13 based on Android 13 OS out of the box.
