The wait is over for those who have waiting for the launch of the Redmi Note 13 series of smartphones. The brand is going to announce it at 7 pm (local time) on Sept. 21 in China. At present, there is no word on the global launch of the device. It is likely that the lineup will be unveiled a couple of months later on the global market.
Redmi has revealed that it will announce three devices, such as the Note 13 5G, Note 13 Pro 5G, and Note 13 Pro+ 5G, through the upcoming launch event. However, in the image above, the company has showcased the Pro version on the right and the Pro+ on the left. The brand is yet to confirm the details of the Redmi Note 13 5G.
Starting with the Redmi Note 13 Pro, it has a flat AMOLED display on the front. Reports have revealed that it will have a 6.6.7-inch screen that offers an FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an under-display fingerprint scanner. The back panel of the phone has a protruding camera island, which houses a 200-megapixel camera setup.
The Note 13 Pro+ is equipped with a curved-edge AMOLED display. It is expected to offer the same resolution and refresh rate. The leather back of the device has three camera rings for the 200-megapixel primary camera and two other sensors.
Both phones are said to come with common features, such as a 16-megapixel front camera, a 200-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit, and Android 13 OS with a layer of MUI 14 on top. The Note 13 Pro+ is confirmed to feature the Dimensity 7200-Ultra chip, and the Note 13 Pro could be equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset.
