Vivo has officially announced a new Vivo V21s smartphone in the Taiwanese market which came as a slightly modified model of the Vivo V21 5G (Review) which was launched back in May last year. In fact, the only differences between the two devices lies in the addition of NFC support on the latest model.
Vivo V21s Specification
The new Vivo V21s builds around a 6.44” AMOLED display featuring a FHD+ screen resolution along with 60Hz refresh rate. Like the rest of the V21 series smartphones, the V21s comes with an impressive 44 megapixels front-facing camera for selfies.
Over at the back, the phone sports a triple rear camera system comprising of a 64 megapixels main camera as well as an 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera and a 2 megapixels macro camera for close-up shots.
Under the hood, the Vivo V21s is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset which will be paired with 8GB RAM alongside 256GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
To keep it’s lights on, the phone is also fitted with a respectable 4,000mAh battery with 33W fast wired charging support. Other than that, it also features 3.5mm headphone jack as well as an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.
Pricing & Availability
For those who’re interested, the Vivo V21s is available in two different colorways such as Dusk Blue and Sunset Dazzle. Pricing for the phone will be set at NTD11,490 ($365) for the 8GB+128GB trim in the Taiwanese market.
