OnePlus announced the OnePlus 10 Pro in January in China. Since then, the rumor mill has been speculating that it will be released in markets outside China in March or April. Today, leaker Yogesh Brar tipped the OnePlus 10 Pro launch date for India.
According to Brar, OnePlus will release the first teasers of the OnePlus 10 Pro in India in the coming days. He added that the flagship phone would be announced on March 22 or March 24 in the country. At present, there is no information on the pricing and variants of the OnePlus 10 Pro for the Indian market.
OnePlus 10 Pro Specifications
The OnePlus 10 Pro has a 6.78-inch AMOLED LTPO 2.0 display with curved edges. It offers a Quad HD+ resolution of 1440 x 3216 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device runs on the Android 12 OS with ColorOS in China. The global variant of the phone will come with an OxygenOS 12 flavored Android 12 OS.
The front side of the device has a 32-megapixel camera for snapping selfies and video calls. The rear side of the phone has a 48-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 150-degree FOV, and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with 3.3x optical zoom and OIS support.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset is present under the hood of the OnePlus 10 Pro. In China, it is available with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512 GB of built-in storage. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery that offers 80W fast charging. The device also carries support for 50W wireless charging. For security, it has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
