OnePlus 12 is one of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 flagship phones that is expected to launch before the end of this year. It is speculated that the device may go official in November or December in China and is expected to launch globally in January 2024. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station took to Weibo to leak detailed information about the display specifications of the OnePlus 12.
According to the tipster, the upcoming OnePlus 12 will feature a 6.82-inch curved-edge AMOLED display, offering a high resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels and supporting a 120Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate. The screen’s current low-brightness PWM dimming frequency stands at 2160Hz, and there are plans for “some adjustments” in the full-brightness solution. In the comments section of the same Weibo post, the tipster claimed that the OP12 screen will support a maximum brightness of up to 2,500 nits.

The tipster previously revealed that the rear camera setup of the OnePlus 12 will be equipped with an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel Sony IMX966 primary camera with a 1/1.4-inch sensor, a 23mm focal length, and an f/1.7 aperture. The ultra-wide-angle lens will be a 48-megapixel sensor with a 1/2-inch sensor size, 14mm focal length, and an f/2.2 aperture. In addition, the periscope telephoto lens is expected to be an OIS-assisted 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B camera with a 1/2-inch sensor size, a 70mm focal length, and an f/2.5 aperture.
The OP12 is likely to house a 5,400mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support. It is expected to arrive in shades such as black, white, and green.
