OnePlus 9RT was made official last week in China. As confirmed during the launch event, the 9RT was made available for purchase for the first time today in China at 10 AM with 100 Yuan discount. Soon after making it available for purchase, the company took to its Weibo handle to confirm that it achieved 100 million Yuan sales in just 5 minutes.
The OnePlus 9RT was made available through sales platforms such as the OnePlus China online store, JD.com, Suning, and so on. The 9RT was made available in three variants such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage.
These models are priced at 3,199 Yuan ($499), 3,399 Yuan ($530), and 3,699 Yuan ($577), respectively. This indicates that the company may sold between 27,034 to 31,259 units of the 9RT in its first sale. It is available in colors like Dark Matter (black), Hacker Silver, and Blue Sky.
OnePlus 9RT specifications
The OnePlus 9RT has a 6.62-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display, Snapdragon 888 chipset, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and a 4,500mAh battery that supports Warp Charge 65T. The device runs on ColorOS based Android 11 OS.
For photography, the 9RT is equipped with a Sony IMX766 50-megapixel + 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit, a 16-megapixel front camera. It comes with other features like an in-screen fingerprint scanner, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, stereo speakers, and a USB-C port.
