OnePlus is all set to launch the much anticipated OnePlus Nord CE 5G on June 10th later this week. However, besides the Nord CE 5G, the company is also prepping a new successor for last year’s Nord N100 – known as the OnePlus Nord N200.
Now, more details pertaining to the OnePlus Nord N200 have been revealed ahead of it’s actual launch which is tipped to fall on June 15 according to reputable tipster @stufflistings.
In terms of specs, the folks over at PCMAG has revealed that the OnePlus Nord N200 will be featuring a 6.49” LCD display that offers a FHD+ screen resolution and 90Hz screen refresh rate. For context, last year’s model features a LCD display with HD+ screen resolution and 90Hz refresh rate – so we do get a decent upgrade in this aspect.
Though there isn’t any words on it’s underlying chipset, but we did know that it’ll be a 5G chipset this time round. Speaking of this, the company’s CEO Pete Lau also revealed that the Nord N200 will be the most affordable 5G smartphone launched by the company so far.
Design-wise, it’s official render also revealed that the phone will be arriving with a hole-punch, flat panel upfront with minimal bezels along it’s four sides. On the rear side, it gets a triple-camera setup housed within a rectangular camera island along with a LED flash.
For those who’re observant enough, you’ll notice that the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner is now shifted to the right-hand-side instead.
