OnePlus Nord N200 5G Likely to Launch on June 15

OnePlus will be launching the OnePlus Nord CE 5G smartphone on June 10 in Europe and India. It was revealed by Tech Radar last month that the company is planning to launch another phone called the OnePlus Nord N200 5G as the successor to last year’s Nord N100. Reliable tipster Mukul Sharma has now claimed that the N200 might debut on June 15.

Nothing is known yet on the specifications of the OnePlus Nord N200 5G. It was revealed by Tech Radar that the handset will be aimed towards North America and Canada, and it may not be launching in India. Last week, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau took to OnePlus forums to reveal that the company is “committed to making 5G experience more accessible than ever” through the Nord N200 5G.

This indicates that the OnePlus Nord N200 could be debuting as the most affordable 5G phone from the brand. To recollect, the predecessor N100 was a 4G LTE device as it was driven by the Snapdragon 460. It was introduced with a price tag of $179.

The OnePlus Nord N10 5G was introduced alongside the N100 with a pricing of $299 last year. This suggests that the budget-friendly N200 could be priced around $249 in the U.S. However, it is advisable to wait for further reports to know more about the N200.

In related news, the rumour mill has already spilled plenty of information about the upcoming Nord CE 5G before its official announcement. The handset is expected to arrive with specs like a 6.43-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate support, Snapdragon 750G chip, up to 12 GB of RAM, up to 256 GB of storage, a 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast charging, a 16-megapixel front camera, and 64-megapixel triple cameras. It is speculated to debut with a starting price of Rs 22,999 ($316)
