A new development suggests that well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has seemingly shared the battery details of the upcoming Turbo lineup.
OnePlus Turbo series may humongous batteries
According to the tipster, OnePlus is working on performance-focused mid-range flagship and mid-range sub-flagship phones. The former is said to pack an 8,000mAh+ battery, whereas the latter may include an even bigger 9,000mAh+ battery.
DCS has not specified the final monikers of these devices. However, he revealed that OnePlus is working on the new Turbo-lineup to compete with the Redmi Turbo series. He also suggested that the series may carry a starting price of around 2,000 Yuan ($280).
A recent leak by tipster Smart Pikachu revealed that the Turbo series will be more affordable and aimed at multiple markets. He also emphasized that the new series would focus on offering the best performance in the low-price segment.
As far as launch is concerned, the OnePlus Turbo series will debut by the end of 2025. Therefore, more details of the new series are expected to surface once the OnePlus 15 and Ace 6 debut in China.
