OnePlus is expected to announce the upper midrange 5G phone i.e. the OnePlus Z in July. The specifications of the smartphone had recently appeared on a survey site in India. Today, a tipster reiterated the same specs to state that the device’s specifications is almost confirmed.
According to the tipster, the OnePlus Z has a 6.5-inch AMOLED display that offers a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone will be fueled by Snapdragon 765G mobile platform. The handset will draw power from a 4,300mAh capacity battery that supports 30W Warp Charge.
The OnePlus Z will come with a front camera of 16-megapixel. The rear side of the device will have a triple camera system featuring a 48-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 13-megapixel telephoto sensor.
The leak has no information on the RAM and storage capacities of the OnePlus Z. However, the survey listing of the phone had revealed that it has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The handset also features an in-display fingerprint reader. The survey listing had revealed that the OnePlus Z will be costing Rs. 24,990.
There are some contradictory reports that the device will be called OnePlus Nord and it will have four rear cameras. OnePlus is yet to confirm the launch date of the smartphone.
OnePlus will be launching new OnePlus TVs with budget-pricing in India on July 2. There are speculations that the company may also unleash the OnePlus Z phone on the same day.
