Following the launch of the OPPO A16 smartphone last month, OPPO is now back with the OPPO A16s smartphone which shares identical specs as the former, but brought in additional support for NFC.
The OPPO A16s features a 6.52” IPS LCD display that offers a HD+ screen resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. It also comes with a typical dewdrop-notch upfront that houses an 8 megapixels selfie camera.
On the rear side, the OPPO A16s brings along a triple-cam system housed within it’s rectangular camera island. These cameras include a 13 megapixels main camera, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels monochrome lens.
At the helm, the OPPO A16s is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 chipset which will be paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
To support every day’s usage, the OPPO A16 is fitted with a respectable 5,000mAh battery which lacks faster charging support. Aside from than that, other noteworthy features also include it’s side-mounted fingerprint scanner and 3.5mm headphone jack.
Those who’re interested in the OPPO A16s can pick the phone up in either Pearl Blue or Crystal Black colorways. Pricing-wise, the phone will set you back by 149 Euros (US$176) in the European markets.
