OPPO A93 5G Renders, Specifications Appear on Chinese Retailer Site

Yesterday, the upcoming OPPO A93 5G phone was spotted in the product library of China Telecom. The listing revealed its entire specifications and images. OPPO is yet to confirm the existence of the OPPO A93 5G. However, the smartphone is already listed on Tmall, a retailer site of China. The listing has the official renders and specifications of the unannounced phone.

The OPPO A93 5G listing states that its pre-sale will start on Jan. 15. It appears that the handset will be up for purchase from Jan. 20. As can be seen in the image gallery below, the OPPO A93 5G will be available in colors like Elegant Silver, Aurora, and Dazzle Black. The listing states that the phone will be available with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of built-in storage.

OPPO A93 5G Specifications

The OPPO A93 5G’s Tmall listing mentions that it has a 6.5-inch ISP LCD display that produces a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 90Hz refresh rate, and DCI-P3 color gamut. The images that appeared through its China Telecom listing suggested that it features a curved edge display. However, the official renders show that it has a flat screen with a punch-hole design. It has a side-mounted fingerprint reader.

The Snapdragon 480 5G mobile platform powers the OPPO A93 5G. The ColorOS 11.1 based Android 11 OS runs on the device. The rear shell of the device has a 48-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera system. For selfies, it has an 8-megapixel front camera. The 5,000mAh battery of the phone supports 18W charging.

The Tmall listing has no iinformation on the pricing of the OPPO A93 5G. The China Telecom listing of the phone had revealed a price tag of 2,199 Yuan ($340). However, it is advisable to wait until tomorrow to know its exact pricing.
