Oppo has been teasing the arrival of the Oppo Find N5 foldable phone in China for the past few weeks. The brand has already confirmed that the device will be announced this week along with the Watch X2. Today, Oppo Find Product Manager Zhou Yibao released a Weibo post to confirm that the Find N5 will be unveiled in the next two weeks.

Considering that the Find N5 will debut in the next two weeks, it is likely to go official on Feb. 19 or Feb. 20. The device will arrive as a successor to the Find N3, which debuted in 2023.

According to reports, the Oppo Find N5 will arrive with a 2K resolution internal screen, and its outer display is said to sport a flat design. In the unfolded state, it is said to measure 4.6mm and around 9.2mm in folded state, making it the thinnest foldable phone.

The Find N5 will debut as the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It may ship with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The device is expected to pack a 5,700mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
For photography, the Find N5 will have a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel 3x periscope telephoto camera. The device will offer up to IPX9-rated water resistance and will feature a side-facing fingerprint scanner for security.
